FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions refers to medicine, namely to monitoring the state of a user for implementing a healthy lifestyle. Disclosed are a personalized system and a method for monitoring a user's state for implementing a healthy lifestyle, in which a smart clock comprising an accelerometer, a gyroscope and a photoplethysmogram sensor are used. They are configured to detect and output signals on motor activity of the user, pulse, level of blood oxygenation, on quality of sleep. These data together with data on user profile and location based on geolocation are used to estimate time of meals, eating habits and patterns of physical activity taking into account a right-handed user or a left-handed user. Smartphone comprising a photoplethysmogram signal sensor, obtained by touching with a finger, as well as containing a unit for processing signals of the photoplethysmogram sensor enables assessing vascular rigidity determining vascular age. Unit for generating recommendations to the user on intake of food and physical activity is configured to detect a correspondence between the behaviour of the user and physiological changes of the user based on signals received from the smart clock or smartphone, as well as selecting the most suitable recommendations and outputting recommendations to the display.
