FIELD: vessels and other watercrafts.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a control system for controlling vibrations of a propulsion unit of a ship. Propulsive unit comprises a frame structure having an upper part forming a support lever extending outward from the hull of the ship, and a lower part forming a longitudinal compartment, equipped with a propeller shaft, having at least one connected screw, and the first electric motor, made with possibility of the propeller shaft actuation. To control the vibrations of the propulsion unit, vibration is measured by means of at least one measuring device and the first auxiliary torque control signal is generated based on the signal of the measured vibrations. First auxiliary torque control signal is added to the first torque control signal generated by the first torque controller of the first electric motor. First auxiliary torque control signal acts against the measured vibrations in order to reduce vibrations.
EFFECT: occurrence of vibrations is suppressed.
