SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the vehicles. Transmission control device of a vehicle with an engine, a first electric motor, a rotating element and a rotation locking mechanism contains an electronic control unit that receives the characteristic of a rotating element by applying a torque to this rotating element by the first electric motor and measuring the twisting angle of the rotating element. Rotation locking mechanism prevents rotation of the connecting part. Vehicle contains a second electric motor. Driving force is generated by the reaction force received from the rotation locking mechanism when the first electric motor applies the torque to the rotating element. In this case, the rotation locking mechanism prevents the clutch element from rotating. Electronic control unit regulates the moment of the second electric motor so as to balance the driving force generated by the reaction force when torque is applied to the rotating element by the first electric motor.
EFFECT: management improves.
