SUBSTANCE: unit comprises first fruit and vegetable product (A) localization units (2a), which can move along first transportation and/or control line (3a), and second units (2b) of localization of fruit and vegetable products (A), which can move along second line (3b) of transportation and/or control, which is parallel to first line (3a), wherein lines (3a, 3b) move with different speeds. Plurality of means for moving fruit-and-vegetable products (A) operate at least along part of first line (3a) and are selectively actuated by electronic control unit and control for movement of each product (A) from first unit (2a) to corresponding second unit (2b) in section selected from plurality of different sections of said first line (3a), at preset mutual alignment state between fruit-and-vegetable product (A) to be moved, which is moved by first unit (2a), and second unit (2b).
EFFECT: enabling fruit and vegetable products movement between two manipulation lines with possibility to control their arrangement at the same time.
