SUBSTANCE: device (1) for authentic data transmission to railway beacons includes first and second circuits (1a, 1b), independent and galvanically isolated from each other, each comprising the cascade (2a, 2b) to select signal. Aforesaid cascade comprises microprocessor (6a, 6b), receives data signals describing railway track state, and generates at least one data block for transmission to beacon. Cascade (3a, 3b) compares data blocks generated by aforesaid first and second circuits (1a, 1b) to allow/prohibit data transmission to beacon. First circuit (1a) comprises also data transferability cascade (4, 5, 17) to allow transmission of data generated by first circuit (1a) to beacon.
EFFECT: safe and reliable selection and transmission of data to beacons.
