FIELD: transportation.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to lifting cranes, namely, to tower crane extension. Tower winch is used to increase tower crane and section lifting is used. Pre-assembling winch is mounted under crane boom at its bottom and locking the turn circle of crane, for example, finger-bolt joint. Boom fore part is lowered by removing connecting pin and releasing tug-and-winch mechanism relative to articulated jib and boom fore part. Boom fore part is fixed by rod. Mounting cable rope is hooked by boom lug. Winch rope is blown off until the boom rests against its wheels in the guide rails located on the crane tower sections on the counter-shots side. Wire of the mounting winch is disengaged. Crane hook lifts required number of sections of crane tower by mounting them on each other. Crane hook lifts jib and installed on last raised section of crane tower. Wireline of the mounting winch is engaged with the boom lug by passing it through the goose roller. Crane tower section and the crane header are disconnected by removing the pin from the hinge eyes, leaving the boom to hang on the wincing attachment cable. Boom is pulled by the rope of the mounting winch upwards, moving the boom wheel along the guide rails until the hinge eye is aligned on the boom and on the tower section. Pin is inserted into the hinge. Wireline winch cable is used to remove wiring cable. Valve hook is removed by crane hook. Crane boom is returned to horizontal position by rope of mounting winch and secured to upper section of crane tower by means of finger-and-bolt connection. Boom fore part is lifted by means of traction-winch mechanism. Stopper is removed from the tapping wheel.
EFFECT: possibility to quickly and safely expand / disassemble tower crane sections of high-height tower, as well as possibility of transportation of all mounting elements by normal vehicles within standard transport dimensions.
