FIELD: biotechnology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of biotechnology. Fermenter for suspension cultivation of cells of tissues and microorganisms is proposed. Fermenter comprises cylindrical container with cover and device for medium mixing. Device for medium mixing is made in the form of hollow U-shaped barbotage frame with guide nozzles for imparting rotary motion and medium aeration hole. On all external perimeter of bubbling frame brushes are installed for cleaning of container inner surface from deposits, wherein bubble frame in lower part at centre has cone recess for installation on located at the centre of container and having branch pipe with control valve for discharge of sediment conical needle.
EFFECT: invention improves the mixing process and continuously cleans the container.
