SUBSTANCE: invention relates to compounds of formula given below or pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof. In given formula A is
each of R1-R9 independently represents C, N, O or S; Q is independently selected from C1-6alkyl, halogen, C0-6alkylcarboxylic acid, amino, hydroxy and C1-6alkoxy; n equals 0, 1, 2, 3 or 4 and X represents -OH or wherein, if X is -OH, A can not be unsubstituted phenyl. Invention also relates to a pharmaceutical composition, a method for preventive or therapeutic treatment of the above diseases and conditions, use of the disclosed compounds for preparing a medicinal preparation for preventive or therapeutic treatment of the above diseases and conditions, as well as to intermediate compounds used in synthesis thereof.
EFFECT: inventions can be used for preventive or therapeutic treatment of kidney and/or liver fibrosis, for preventing, reducing or decelerating cells death of renal tubules, preventing, reducing or retarding accumulation of fat in liver or restoration of normal tissue structure in a subject.
