FIELD: test equipment.
SUBSTANCE: task solution is achieved by developing a test bench for hinged joints of pipelines containing a frame consisting of at least two columns with a base from below and ties from above, bed, on which the rotary support is fixed by the fixed ring, at that, a rotary table is installed and fixed on the movable ring, above the bed itself there is a movable beam, on which in one axis with the centre of the rotary table along circles with a different radius there are threaded holes for attachment of different diameters of the flanges of the tooling, tooling includes measuring instruments, a test medium supply and drain assembly and a gas removal assembly, which is a part of a test bench for hinges and their attachment to a beam and a rotary table, wherein rotary table rotates in both directions relative to its axis by actuator mechanism, and the movable beam in the vertical plane is connected to the bed by at least one actuator of axial loads and is connected to the frame in the horizontal plane by at least one actuator of radial loads, wherein each actuator of axial and radial loads has a force measurement sensor, at that, in the proposed stand design includes at least one force measurement sensor for determining the moment of rotation of the hinge, damping insulation temperature inserts, control device with information screen, as well as an actuating device for supplying a test medium of pressure increase and a container of the test medium.
EFFECT: invention is intended for testing of hinged joints of pipelines for operability, reliability and durability, hydraulic and pneumatic pressure tests using warm and cryogenic test media for strength, density and tightness in static and dynamic mode with rotation of hinged joints and application of external radial and axial loads.
