METHOD OF TREATING FEMALE INFERTILITY, WHICH CONSISTS IN INCREASING OVARIAN RESERVE BY INTRA-OVARY INTRODUCTION OF PLATELET AUTOPLASMA IN LAPAROSCOPY Russian patent published in 2024 - IPC A61B17/42 A61B17/94 A61K35/16 A61P15/08 

FIELD: medicine; gynecology; reproductology.

SUBSTANCE: thrombocyte autoplasma is introduced intra-ovary in laparoscopy. A Veress needle is inserted in a paraumbilical point under aseptic conditions and carboxyperitoneum is applied. At the same point, 10-mm optical trocar is inserted, laparoports are installed under optical control: 5-mm trocar in the right iliac region and 5-mm trocar in the left iliac region; the right and left ovaries are visualized. Three points of thrombocyte autoplasma introduction in 5–7 mm from great vessels into medullary layer of each ovary are determined. One of the ovaries is fixed with a manipulator, and thrombocyte autoplasma is injected with a needle in three points, 1 ml in each. Similar manipulations are repeated with the second ovary. Hemostasis is controlled. Total volume of injected platelet autoplasma is 3 ml in each ovary.

EFFECT: method provides high-quality visualization of ovaries and distribution of points of platelet autoplasma introduction, which makes it possible to evenly perform injections into the medullary layer of the ovary, increasing the volume and the area of effect of autoplasma on the ovarian reserve; reduces the risk of damage to great vessels and internal organs; allows performing intraoperative control of hemostasis after introduction of autoplasma from points of injection and possibility of stopping bleeding if necessary; normalizes values of follicle-stimulating, anti-Mullerian hormones in blood plasma and promotes an increase in the number of antral follicles in the ultrasound investigation, increasing the pregnancy rate.
