FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the food industry. Disclosed is a method of producing food granules, according to which coated hygroscopic food raw material with lipid, mixing coated hygroscopic food raw materials with salt, starch and optionally dry spices, adjusting moisture content in the mixture by adding water and/or an aqueous composition to obtain a wet mass, cold extrusion of the wet mass through a sieve to obtain granules. Obtained granules are subjected to drying process.
EFFECT: invention enables to obtain a product with improved properties.
