SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, specifically to urology. Longitudinal dissection is performed along an adjoining urinary bladder surface with extension of the incision into healthy tissues by at least 0.5 cm to each side with further replacement of the formed ureteral defect sutured to the side wall of the bladder with an autograft from the buccal mucosa. Method for treating extended pelvic ureter strictures using a jaw mucosa autograft, including longitudinal dissection of its stenosed portion with extension of incision into healthy tissues by at least 0.5 cm in each side, characterized by that formed defect of pelvic ureter is replaced by suturing to lateral wall of urinary bladder by autograft from buccal mucosa. Formed defect of the ureter is replaced with a buccal mucosa autograft attached to the side wall of the urinary bladder.

EFFECT: method enables effective recovery of pelvic ileal permeability.
