FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to machine building, particularly, to test benches of torsional vibration installed on crankshafts of internal combustion engines. Device comprises a splined shaft mounted on rolling bearings, on which there are at least four rotors and coaxially arranged four stators, with possibility of movement along axis of spline shaft, having excitation windings, connected to alternating current supply pulse system, on one end of splined shaft test object is installed – torsional oscillation damper, and flywheel with variable inertial mass is located on the other end of splined shaft, sensors for registration of torsional vibrations are installed on rotors.
EFFECT: broader functional capabilities of the bench and more accurate measurement of torsional vibrations.
