FIELD: radio engineering and communications.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to antenna feeder devices and can be used in designing conformal compact broadband and ultra-wideband antennas. Compact helical antenna comprises flat spiral, balancing device, absorber and screen, can be bend at surface profile, place of its location with due allowance for making profiled absorber required curvature, flexible screen and flexible dielectric base. Branch of spiral antenna is made of subminiature coaxial cable and represent coaxial balancing transformer, where inner conductor of one branch of spiral is closed to screen of second branch of spiral. Both branches of spiral are attached to thin dielectric basis installed near absorber. Absorber is solid plate with outer sizes identical to sizes of screen and dielectric base. Outlet ends of branches of coaxial spiral can elongation free ends extending beyond antenna approximately 0.15 from bottom of wavelength working range of antenna. Each coaxial branch of spiral can be supplemented with a small spiral structure from thin metal wire, put on it, inlet ends of spiral structures are connected to contact with place of input of each branch coaxial spiral.
EFFECT: providing maximum reduced thickness of antenna and operation in constrained conditions of arrangement with required radio-technical properties.
