SUBSTANCE: invention relates to hardware-software systems and can be used for measurement of electromagnetic field parameters. Mobile hardware-software system for automated monitoring and evaluation of electromagnetic environment condition additionally comprises electrostatic field intensity meter, constant magnetic field meter, industrial frequency electromagnetic field meter, radio frequency field electromagnetic field meter, radio frequency electromagnetic radiation spectrum analyser connected to portable personal computer, wherein each of said devices is equipped with a real-time sensor for measuring preset components of the electromagnetic field in the extended frequency band and transmitting information to the personal computer during measurement.

EFFECT: technical result is expansion of the investigated frequency range, modelling of spatial pattern of distribution of electromagnetic field and formation of picture of electromagnetic radiation hazard.
