FIELD: chemistry; oil and gas industry.

SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to chemical and petroleum refining industries and can be used for production of oil-plasticizers or oil-fillers used in production of synthetic rubber and tires. Method for obtaining low-viscosity high-aromatic non-carcinogenic oil process oil from secondary petrochemical processes secondary fractions, at that secondary catalytic cracking products are used as secondary fractions secondary petrochemical fractions, or products of catalytic reforming, or aromatic extracts, or their mixtures with each other, having at atmospheric pressure initial boiling point of not less than 200 °C and a boiling point temperature of not less than 360 °C, containing not less than 85 % of aromatic constituents and containing more than 10.0 mg/kg in sum of following polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons: benz[a]ntrazen; chrysene; benzo[b]fluoranthene; benzo[j]fluoranthene; benzo[k]fluoranthene; benz[e]pyrene; benzo[a]pyrene; dibenzo[a, h]anthracene, and rectification process is carried out at low or atmospheric pressure, extracting rectificate at temperature from the beginning of boiling to 420 °C in terms of atmospheric pressure, with reflux ratio of not less than 0.1.

EFFECT: method enables to obtain low-viscosity high-aromatic non-carcinogenic oil process oil, which corresponds to international standards, which can be used as an oil-plasticizer or oil-filler.
