FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to cleaning of gases from suspended solid and (or) liquid particles by means of electric filters in various industries, in particular in heat power engineering, chemical industry, construction materials industry, non-ferrous and ferrous metallurgy etc. Device includes mounted on conductor (wire or pipe), acting as current conducting bus, corona elements made in form of sprocket, put on base in form of bushing from insulator, with applied on part of bushing surface with ballast resistance, connected with conductive layer inside bushing, alternating with completely insulating bushings.
EFFECT: improving the cleaning degree of electrostatic precipitation gases by improving electrode system centering, solving the problem of protection against corona discharge into arc discharge, as well as increasing corona electrode current; enabling selection of the value of individual ballast resistance enables more rational consideration of the geometry of the interelectrode space in order to increase the efficiency of the inner space of the electrostatic precipitator.
