SUBSTANCE: invention relates to biologically active additives (BAA) in the form of a syrup having high microbiological resistance. BAA in the form of a syrup represents a highly concentrated noncrystallizable sugar solution with the following ratio of components, wt%: total content of sugars – from 60 to 80, wherein at least one of them is noncrystallizable and its amount is from 32 to 80, biologically active additives – from 0.001 to 20, additives – from 0 to 20, water – balance. Water activity in syrup ranges from 0.5 to 0.75 a_w, the syrup viscosity ranges from 3,000 to 10,000 cP, the sweetness coefficient is from 0.5 to 1.0.

EFFECT: invention enables to obtain a finished product with high microbiological resistance, with reduced probability of crystallization and internal chemical reactions between components, as well as longer storage life.
