SUBSTANCE: alcohol-free beverage preparation composition contains (kg/t of the beverage) concentrated carrot juice - 1.0, citric acid - 1.0, sugar sand - 60.0, fructose-and-glucose syrup - 57.0, "Elder" taste-and-flavour base -1.0, "Guarana" taste-and-flavour base -1.0, sodium chloride - 0.2, food carbon dioxide - 6,0 and water - up to 1 t of the beverage. "Elder" taste-and-flavour base contains concentrated elder juice, water, citric acid and aroma-forming elder substances; "Guarana" taste-and-flavour base contains water, concentrated black carrot juice, citric acid, sugar, guarana extract and flavouring agent, caffeine and quinine. Citric acid is represented by water-free citric acid.

EFFECT: alcohol-free has high biologically active properties, taste and flavour characteristics and immune-stimulating properties.
