SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine. Antireflux valve for surgical management of children with congenital diseases of vesicoureteral refluxes 3…5 degrees, megoureter and postoperative recurrences according to Cohen, Leach-Gregoire, Politano-Leadbetter and Barry method includes a bushing with smaller diameter and a bushing with larger diameter, a valve petal arranged on the end of the antireflux valve facing the urinary bladder and attached by means of a loop, and a spring which is adjustable to open the valve based on the age of the patient and fixed between the sleeve with a smaller diameter and a petal by hooks. Bushing with smaller diameter is made with possibility of installation in the distal end of the ureter, and the bushing with larger diameter - with the possibility of installation into the bladder wall with suturing through the holes made in the valve. Petal is made of silver, and spring is made from beryllium bronze.

EFFECT: technical result consists in providing an obstacle to back discharge of urine from the bladder cavity into the upper urinary tract.
