FIELD: construction.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to construction and operation of underground reservoirs and storages in deposits of rock salt and can be used in oil, gas, chemical and other industries. Hydrogen production, storage and distribution complex includes at least one underground gas storage, methane-hydrogen mixture production station, connected by pipeline with underground gas storage, a hydrogen segment of consuming enterprises and a segment for burial of carbon dioxide, which is connected via a pipeline to a station for production of methane-hydrogen mixture. Hydrogen segment of consuming enterprises and the segment for burial of carbon dioxide are connected via a pipeline to a station for production of methane-hydrogen mixture. Prior to each hydrogen consuming enterprise there is a membrane module for separation of methane-hydrogen mixture into hydrogen and methane. Carbon dioxide gas storage section is connected via pipeline to methane-hydrogen mixture production station and comprises compressor station CO₂ for compression of CO₂, which is formed during production of methane-hydrogen mixture, and at least one well for pumping carbon dioxide.

EFFECT: creation of complex with high efficiency of hydrogen application, providing for its creation, storage, as well as use in industrial processes and as fuel, and integration of process facilities using hydrogen with minimization of emissions into atmosphere during transportation and consumption of gas.
