FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to metallurgy and can be used for reduction and separation of chemical substances from ores with participation of hydrocarbons and related compounds, using plasma-chemical reactions, electrolysis and cracking. Method comprises processing of chemicals and generation of energy and heat in closed volume of production circuit without emissions of thermal energy into environment, wherein substance is supplied to energy consumer in form of liquid energy carrier, that is methanol or synthetic oil via pipeline with return of part of substance from consumer in form of coolant via pipeline, thus forming closed system of substance and energy processing.
EFFECT: combination of energy production process with production of energy carriers, gas-oil processing and metallurgical process, which allows, due to irradiation of chemical substances with plasma particles, to reduce energy consumption by at least an order compared to the energy required for carrying out these processes separately.
