SUBSTANCE: in one version, the elastic material made may contain a first web material, a second web material bonded to the first web material, and a plurality of elastomer threads extending in the transverse direction and disposed between the first and second web materials. Material may contain a pair of bonds, in which the bonds are located on opposite sides of the elastomer thread and are spaced apart from each other across the elastomer thread at a distance which is less than the diameter in the non-stretched state of the elastomer thread from the plurality of elastomer threads. Besides, made by elastic material can show first elongation value in direction perpendicular to transverse direction, at a given tension along the first length of the elastic material and a second elongation in a direction perpendicular to the transverse direction at a given tension along the second length of the elastic material.
EFFECT: disclosed are elastic materials and absorbent products containing resilient materials.
