ELASTICIZED MATERIAL WITH INTERMITTENT CHANNELS Russian patent published in 2020 - IPC B32B5/26 B32B37/00 A61F13/15

Abstract RU 2717816 C1

FIELD: absorbent articles.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of textile materials for absorbent articles and relates to elasticized materials, which can be used as part of belts in the waist region, cuff for feet, barrier cuffs or in other components of clothes and absorbent products, which provides preferable characteristics of planting, helps to prevent outflow of body discharges. In one embodiment, the resilient material comprises a first layer of material, a second layer of material associated with the first layer of material with multiple links arranged in linkages aligned in rows of link groups, and elastomer thread passing in transverse direction and located between first layer and second layer, wherein the elastomer thread extends between the first bond and the second bond of the first bonding group, wherein the first bond and the second bond of the first bonding group are spaced apart from each other, which is less than the diameter of the elastomer yarn in the non-stretched state. A part of the second grouping of bonds can crosswise overlap the first grouping of bonds, at that the second grouping of links located in a row adjoins in a longitudinal direction to a row containing the first grouping of links.

EFFECT: invention provides creation of functional advantages of elasticized materials for absorbent articles that do not contain glue.
