SUBSTANCE: method for obtaining an alcohol extract from arctic cloudberry berries is characterized in that the method is carried out on a capacitive apparatus with a paddle stirrer, a heat exchange jacket and a built-in filter, extraction is carried out by filtration in two stages, including preliminary squashing of cloudberry berries using rollers to a particle size of 0.5-1 0 mm, extraction with a water-alcohol solution at a ratio of raw materials and an extractant of 1:6-1:8, followed by combining the extracts, at the first stage of extraction, a water-alcohol solution with a strength of 25-30% is used and the extraction is carried out at a temperature of 45-50°C for 5 hours, then a pressure of up to 0.02 MPa is applied to the apparatus and filtration is carried out, whereas the extract is fed into the receiving container, and the solid phase remains on the filter element of the apparatus for the second stage of extraction, where a water-alcohol solution with a strength of 58 % and extraction is carried out at a temperature of 75-80°C for 3 hours, whereas at each stage of extraction during the first 15 minutes, mechanical mixing of the mixture of berry mass and extractant is carried out at a stirrer rotation speed of 800 rpm, followed by combining the extracts of the first and second drains, after the second extraction, the meal is unloaded from the apparatus.

EFFECT: invention makes it possible to increase the efficiency of extracting valuable biologically active substances from cloudberry berries and reduce the labour intensity of the process.
