SUBSTANCE: invention relates to coatings and cable sheaths containing micro-capillary structures facilitating easy peeling-off. Conductors are made with detachable polymer coating, at least partially surrounding conductor, in which detachable polymer coating contains from 1 to 8 microcapillaries, which contain elastomeric polymer, having lower modulus of bending elasticity, than material with polymeric matrix of polymer coating.
EFFECT: invention provides reduced cost of network installation and provides the possibility of subsequent maintenance or replacement of cable.
