SUBSTANCE: present invention discloses a configured device for issuing securities and a self-service financial device equipped with it, the device comprising a base, a container for security papers, a paper feed unit, a printing unit and a temporary storage unit, which are arranged in series on the base. Paper feed unit, printing unit and temporary storage unit are interconnected with container for securities through channel for securities; paper feed unit supplies securities, which are in container for valuable papers, to printing unit through channel for securities for printing, and printing unit transmits printed securities to temporary storage unit for temporary storage. In the device for issuing securities and the financial apparatus of self-service proposed in the present invention, the device used is a container for securities, a paper feed unit, a printing unit and a temporary storage unit for managing storage, transfer, printing and temporary storage of security papers. Therefore, when clients need to deal with securities-related issues, they can easily operate an assembled device for issuing securities. Thus, the time spent waiting for the work of bank employees will be considerably saved, and the efficiency of banking employees will also be increased.

EFFECT: assembled device for issuing securities also has advantages, which consist in compact design and use of small space.
