FIELD: electrical communication engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to communication engineering. RA identifier tables storage module stores a plurality of random access identifiers used to instruct a terminal which frequency transfer resources to use for random access, wherein each of random access identifiers is uniquely associated with a communication state between a terminal which performs random access and a communication device. Control RA signal generating module generates a random access control signal including allocation information indicating at least one frequency transmission resource, wherein each of at least one transmission frequency resource has one of random access identifiers assigned to it. Wireless receiving-transmitting device transmits the control signal with random access.
EFFECT: technical result is increase in throughput capacity without increasing the volume of control signal information transmitted through random access.
