FIELD: communication.
SUBSTANCE: in a communication device, a launch frame generator generates a launch signal that prescribes the transmission of an uplink signal, the launch signal includes a terminal information field, which includes a subfield of a terminal identifier and a subfield of information about the allocation of a resource block. A radio transmitter transmits the launch signal. In the case when the launch signal includes the first terminal information field that specifies one or more adjacent resource blocks for random access, the launch frame generator sets an unused identifier that is not used as the terminal identifier in the first terminal information field.
EFFECT: technical result of the invention consists in the possibility to install modified information about the user in the launch frame.
