FIELD: wireless communication.
SUBSTANCE: communication device generates a starting frame comprising the first user information field and the second user information field, the first user information field comprises the first terminal identifier (ID) subfield and the first resource unit (RU) allocation subfield, and the second user information field comprises the second terminal ID subfield and second RU allocation subfield. A value not to be used for the terminal ID is set to the first subfield of the random-access ID terminal, the first RU allocation subfield indicates the starting RU of one or more adjacent random-access RUs (RA-RU), and the first user information field further comprises the first RA-RU count subfield indicating the first number of RUs in said one or more adjacent RA-RUs.
EFFECT: reduced size of the starting frame.
