SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method of operating a user terminal (UE) of millimeter wavelength range (mm-range). Method comprises measuring reference signals transmitted in formed beams by a plurality of transmission points (TP) of a mm-range, transmitting a cloud cell formation request comprising indicators associated with the best TP points of the mm-range, determined in accordance with the measured transmitted in the generated beams reference signals, receiving a response to a cloud cell generation request comprising indicators associated with a subset of the best TP points of the mm-range selected by the central controller in accordance with the selection information, where this subset of the best TP points of the mm-range contains the first point TP of the mm-range, which serves as the master point TP, and the second point TP of the mm-range, which serves as the slave point TP, and establishing a cloud cell with TP points of the mm-range from the composition of said subset of the best TP points of the mm-range, selected by the central controller, where the data transmission connection with the slave point TP is established and at least a control connection with the master point TP is established.

EFFECT: formation of cloud cells with UE terminal of mm-range at the center for improvement of operation in mm-range in dynamically varying medium.
