SUBSTANCE: invention relates to computer engineering for detecting, searching, identifying and fixing a person's face, and can be used to search for persons, for example intruders in crowded areas. Technical result is achieved due to a) comparison of processed data with data downloaded from external sources or with formed image of person, b) inputting date, time and motion vector data of a person, transmitting matched or found data to a central server through a data network; wherein the central server is configured to: search for a person by: a) comparing the processed data with data downloaded from external sources or with a formed image of the person, b) inputting date, time and motion vector data of the person, constructing on the electronic tracking map of the location of said person in case a match is found or a search result is found, where tracking is understood as calculating and constructing a plurality of locations on an electronic map, where the person found in the result of said search was recorded.

EFFECT: technical result consists in improvement of accuracy of detection, search, recognition and fixation of face to ensure high accuracy of calculating zones with highest number of matches of unknown person by constructing face tracking on electronic map.
