FIELD: electrothermy; heating, drying, and temperature control of parts or service rooms by thermal contact, free-convection heat transfer, radiation; domestic appliances. SUBSTANCE: electric heater has heat-responding metal base which is, essentially, flat plate coated with insulating paste with layout pattern 3 made on it by resistive paste of heating element and covered with layer of protective insulating paste. Compositions of pastes are chosen so that their temperature expansions are in full compliance with those of metal base. EFFECT: improved operating reliability and uniformity of thermal radiation. 1 dwg
