FIELD: dispensers.

SUBSTANCE: present invention generally relates to dispensing devices, and more particularly to devices for dispensing paper products and methods of dispensing such a paper article. Device for dispensing a paper article has a shell which is configured to surround the paper roll. Shell has a base on the longitudinal end to support the roll of paper in the given shell; at that, the base contains a hole of the base for insertion of paper through it. Base also has inner surface, which is made with possibility of contact with paper roll, as well as opposite arranged outer surface. Device dispensing part is located adjacent to the base outer surface and is connected to the shell with possibility of separation. Connection between dispensing part and shell does not have fasteners. Dispensing part comprises a rotary dispenser having a dispensing opening for dispensing paper from the inner space of said shell to the outside.

EFFECT: technical result consists in realizing the designation of the device for dispensing a paper article and a method of dispensing such a paper article with provision of sliding movement of the dispensing part and the shell relative to each other.
