SUBSTANCE: device (10) for dispensing paper, in particular a drying paper, comprising a housing (60) in which at least two rolls (4, 4') of the paper tape are arranged, and the housing (60) comprises a base with at least one first and one second seats for rolls. The device also comprises at least one first casing and one second casing (1, 1') located on the base (5) and designed in the closed position to protect, respectively, the first and the second rolls (4, 4'), and in the open position for access to the first and the second locations for placing (51, 51') for the individual roll replacement, and the first and the second casings (1, 1') comprise respectively the first and the second outlet openings (3, 3') for dispensing the tapes of the first and the second rolls (4, 4').
