Rotation of the pivoting dispensing element (5) is limited to one rotation axis (51), and the dispensing opening (4) is offset relative to the rotation axis (51) of the pivoting element (5). Rotation of the pivoting dispensing element (5) is carried out due to the lateral force provided by a stretchable strip of sheet product on the dispensing opening (4) so that the dispensing opening (4) is moved as far as possible in the direction of stretching.
EFFECT: minimization of the angle between the direction of stretching and the direction of the dispensing opening distribution.
