SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the food industry. Device for rolling dough strip includes a rolling drum with a plurality of rollers installed with possibility of free rotation around their own axes and with possibility of movement along the closed circular trajectory, is co-directed with dough movement in the rolling-out zone, and transporting element arranged under it in form of endless conveyor belt enveloping fixed stop with flat surface facing the drum. Speed of conveyor belt movement is at least by an order less than linear speed of unloading drum.
EFFECT: invention ensures multiple impact of the rolling drum of the rolling drum per each single section of the dough and obtaining a thin, well-compacted dough strip with a smooth outer surface without pores, which promotes high quality of the products made using this dough strip.
