METHOD OF NON-INVASIVE LASER-INDUCED TREATMENT OF ENDOMETRIAL ATROPHY Russian patent published in 2020 - IPC A61N5/67 G01N21/64

Abstract RU 2713797 C1

FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to obstetrics and gynecology, and can be used for laser-induced treatment of endometrial atrophy. Chlorophyll-containing preparation accumulation in endometrium is monitored by photoluminescent spectral analysis at 668 nm. Chlorophyll-containing preparation is pre-selected: a photoluminescent spectrum of the chlorophyll-containing preparation is recorded at wavelength of 405 nm and its intensity is compared at point of 668 nm with similar intensity of the international analytical standard Chlorophyll. If these intensities differ from each other by more than 30 %, the chlorophyll-containing preparation is replaced and the next preparation is checked unless a preparation satisfying the above requirement is found. Prescribed chlorophyll-containing preparation is administered orally once a day in the morning on an empty stomach for 10–30 drops for 4–6 weeks. Accumulation of chlorophyll-containing preparation in endometrium is monitored by photoluminescent spectroscopy. Dihydroquercetine is administered orally following the instructions. That is followed by 3–6 sessions of intrauterine laser therapy using disposable sterile capsules with a cylindrical scatterer consisting of quartz microspheres, laser light at wave length 0.63 mcm and energy density 5–500 J/cm2.

EFFECT: method provides recovery of the structure and function of the uterine mucosa by activating the process of epithelial regeneration and endometrial stroma as a result of long-term synthesis of singlet oxygen in photochemical reactions directly in endometrial tissues.
