SUBSTANCE: on the 6th-10th day of the cycle, a single procedure of intrauterine irradiation with an Er:YAG laser is performed in the non-ablative mode at a wavelength of 2,940 nm, with an energy flux density of 1.5 J/cm 2 and a pulse repetition rate of 1.4 Hz. A cannula is inserted into the uterine cavity without expansion of the cervical canal, providing a spot size of 4 mm, and every 2.5 mm, the endometrium is irradiated with a package of four pulses, performing three passes of the cannula, first along the longitudinal axis of the uterine body, and then along the lines located at angles 30° left and right to the specified longitudinal axis of the body of the uterus.
EFFECT: method improves the proliferative activity of the endometrium, reduces the foci of sclerosis and restores the expression of progesterone and estrogen receptors, which makes it possible to increase the susceptibility of the endometrium to embryo transfer.
