SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to obstetrics and gynaecology. In females suffering infertility caused by chronic endometritis, endometrial state is diagnosed by laser conversion testing, and oxygenation index and proliferative activity index are evaluated. Further, if the oxygenation index is 91% and more in combination with the proliferative activity index is 0.60 and higher, the prognosis of pregnancy is positive. If the oxygenation index is 96% and more in combination with the proliferative activity index – 0.62 and higher, the prognosis of live birth is positive.

EFFECT: method enables increasing the probability of pregnancy and improving its outcomes, as well as improving the woman’s reproductive health, reducing the incidence of complications of pregnancy associated with ChE, reduce frequency of psychoemotional disorders in couples associated with infertility, reduce financial costs caused by ineffective IVF cycles.
