FIELD: storage; agriculture.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to technology of storage of agricultural products, in particular, grains, cereals and other agricultural products. Device comprises container, bottom of which has tapered side walls. Tapered bottom accommodates branch pipe and gate. Branch pipe is made in the form of a removable container. Damper is made in the form of detachable protective mesh attached to the bottom and located above fastening of the detachable container. Detachable tank is equipped with a gas analyzer which extracts carbon dioxide content through an opening in the wall of the removable container through the intake and return branch pipes. Detachable container through the vacuum electromagnetic valve with the vacuum pump is connected to the control and control device connected to the personal computer. Periodic monitoring of air medium inside container is carried out according to readings of temperature and humidity sensor in intergranular space, connected to personal computer through control and control device. Flat cover of container contains branch pipe with balloon of fresh warm air dryer. Preliminary dried grain is loaded at removal of container cover. Fresh atmospheric air is supplied. Vacuum is created by vacuum pump depending on intensity of respiration of grain material. Process of storage of grain is connected to collection of carbon dioxide in a removable container, content of which is established by formulas recommended for this device and method for its implementation.
EFFECT: technical result is preventing loss of grain from spoilage during storage while preserving its presentation.
