FIELD: agriculture.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to agriculture, in particular, to grain storage and drying method. Grain storage method envisages use of a sealed container with vacuum facilities. Body and the bottom of the vessel are enclosed from the outside in a heat-insulating body in the form of a spiral contour of ribbon tubes of flat section, rigidly fixed around it. In the cavities of the tubes are supplied with incoming heating elements in the form of a heating electric cable or a spiral with terminals of supply of electric power supply. Temperature sensor is installed directly in the vacuum drying vessel of the housing, which enables to continuously monitor the temperature change in the granular material and is connected by its output to the input of the control unit, the output of which is connected to the heating elements of the heating shutdown.
EFFECT: higher quality of drying due to possibility of storage of grain in conditions of prevention of formation of moisture condensate inside container.
