ELECTRONIC SYSTEM FOR ELECTROCARDIOGRAM REGISTRATION CONTROL Russian patent published in 2020 - IPC A61B5/404

Abstract RU 2713804 C2

FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: group of inventions refers to medicine, namely to an electronic system and methods for controlling recording of an electrocardiogram (ECG). System comprises portable and mobile electronic devices. Mobile electronic device comprises an optical device for obtaining images in real time of a part of a human body, a screen and a processing unit connected to them. Portable electronic device comprises first, second and third electrodes for generation of electric detection signals representing current generated on human skin by means of cardiac activity in points corresponding to arrangement of electrodes. Processing unit of mobile device comprises module for direction of electrodes location. Image is taken in real time and represents part of human body. Body part feature is identified in said images. Function of identified position feature is calculated in which first, second and third electrodes should be applied. Control signal with information indicating the calculated positions is generated. Control signal is received by screen and displayed in real time specified part of body with position marks, in which it is necessary to apply first, second and third electrodes.

EFFECT: reliable guide on location of electrodes due to calibration of location in accordance with a specific patient's body shape.
