FIELD: construction.

SUBSTANCE: method of bored pile production includes drilling of a well, rolling of helical grooves on well walls, explosive and hardening compound supply into a well and strengthening of well walls by pressing of the hardening composition into soil by explosion. Helical grooves are rolled into well walls by reciprocal movement of a toroid and a stem installed in the toroid inside the well. Well filling with hardening compound and formation of helical grooves is carried out simultaneously. Supply of the explosive and supply of the hardening compound is carried out during lifting of the stem and the toroid from the well. Hardening compound is pressed into soil by the stem and the toroid.

EFFECT: increased bearing capacity of a pile against action of vertical and horizontal loads, reduced prime cost of pile manufacturing.
