FIELD: oil and gas industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to oil and gas industry, in particular, to drilling mud temperature measurement devices. Device has housing, power supply and temperature converter, temperature converter is made in form of two metal rods with high temperature coefficient of linear expansion, installed coaxially with clearance with housing and between each other, rigidly fixed with ends in housing with independent temperature coefficient of linear expansion, wherein free end of one rod is equipped with permanent magnet, which magnetic field acts on field Hall sensor, fixed on free end of second rod, Hall electrodes of the field Hall sensor are connected to the input of an analogue-to-digital converter, and its output is connected to the input of a code-to-frequency converter, the output of the latter is connected through a frequency divider to a communication channel and a Hall field sensor, an analogue-to-digital converter, a code-to-frequency converter and a frequency sensor are connected to power supply in form of accumulator.
EFFECT: high reliability and accuracy of measuring temperature of drilling mud at the bottomhole of the well directly in the process of drilling and transmitting the signal over a wireless electrical communication channel of the bottomhole to the wellhead by improving the structure.
