FIELD: technological processes.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to argon-arc welding and can be used for manual welding of pipe joints with diameter of up to 100 mm and wall thickness of up to 8 mm. In method of argon-arc welding of joints of pipelines to welded pipelines to assembly of joint there installed are soluble in water and pair plugs with holes, in dismantling of assembled joint of pipelines there is a nozzle with subsequent insulation of external part of edges with heat-resistant protective tape. Argon is fed through a nozzle installed in the cutting. Simultaneously with argon supply, welding of stringer bead layer of pipelines joint is performed with successive partial deflection of protective tape along perimeter of pipelines joint. Nozzle is removed with subsequent final welding of the root suture.

EFFECT: provision of protection of the internal side of the welded joint against oxidation at performance of closing welded seam of joint of pipelines and provision of possibility of plugs reduction installed inside pipelines after performance of closing welded seam of pipelines joint.
