SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to a server for providing a plurality of vehicles with charging information, a vehicle equipped with charging information, and a method of providing charging information to a plurality of vehicles. Server comprises: a communication device configured to communicate with a plurality of vehicles, and a circuit (processor) configured to generate charging information. Circuit is configured to: obtain an available range for the vehicle among the plurality of vehicles to determine at least one charging device in the obtained available range, wherein the available range is determined by the power accumulated in the power accumulation device and the current location of the vehicle; calculation for each vehicle, total number of charging devices in available vehicle range, in order to calculate the reduced number, the larger is the total number of charging devices, the less is the reduced number, wherein the given number is the probability that the vehicle will reach each of the charging devices; calculation for each of charging device, effective number of vehicles, which can use charging device for external charging, summing the given numbers; calculating an index indicating potential demand for external charging on each charging device based on an effective number, and providing the index to the target vehicle.

EFFECT: creation of a system for determining and transmitting data on the degree of congestion / availability of charging devices to vehicles.
