FIELD: electrical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to a device for controlling charge of a power storage device for a vehicle and a vehicle comprising said control device, as well as a motor for movement and a power accumulation device for exchanging electric power with a motor. Control device comprises electronic control unit and navigation device. Electronic control unit is configured to perform external charging for charging of power accumulation device by means of electric power from external power supply. Navigation device is configured to navigate a route for a planned route to a destination. At the same time, when it is impossible to obtain operational information on the point of destination charging and it is predicted that the point of destination charging is unsuitable for use, the navigation device recommends performing external charging at the charging point near the planned route.
EFFECT: predicting and preventing shortage of battery charge to reach charging station on next trip.
