FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to dentistry and can be used for local intraosseous anesthesia when performing a dental implantation surgery in a jaw bone segment anodontia. Method involves determining the height along the vestibular surface of the jawbone in the projection of the implant to be placed from the apex of the alveolar ridge to the transient fold and dividing that height into three equal sections. Middle of the segment whose border is the vertex of the alveolar ridge is the injection needle insertion point. Angle between injection needle and bone surface is 45 degrees. Needle is inserted internally to a depth equal to the total thickness of the mucous, periosteal and cortical layers. Target point of anesthetic delivery is area of formation of working bone cutter of implant bone. Amount of the administered anesthetic depends on the type of bone density.

EFFECT: method provides effective anesthesia, local endosseous cooling of the bone bed of the implant and avoiding bone overheating when the mill rotates due to intraosseous introduction of the anesthetic into the bone implantation area and creating a local anesthetic drug preparation in a cancellous bone substance in the area of rotation of the working cutter.
