FIELD: dentistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of medicine, in particular, to dentistry. The surgical field is anaesthetised by means of infiltration anaesthesia with Sol. Ultracaini DS 4% 1:200000 2.7 ml. An incision is made along the alveolar ridge bone, the muco-periosteal flap is separated. The outer cortical plate and the cancellous bone tissue are passed with a twist drill until the cortical plate of the maxillary sinus floor. A bed for the implant is then formed. The cortical plate of the anterior maxillary sinus wall is thinned through the formed bed. The maxillary sinus floor mucous membrane is separated distally. X-ray monitoring is performed using pins. The implant is inserted, and sutures are applied.
EFFECT: possibility of safely, with minimum invasion, elevating the maxillary sinus floor mucous membrane with a pronounced curvature thereof in the premolar region during dental implantation, facilitating the work of the dentist, and increasing comfort of the patient in the postoperative period.
